It's not a macro. It's a feature of the Graph View. That is, it allows
to *select* non-significant revisions. The deletion of the selected
revisions has to happen in a second step (also from the Graph View
context).
I think the definition of non-significant here is:
1. Not a revision at the tip of either the trunk or a branch.
2. Not tagged.
3. Not a branch point
(which, if you think about it, is the same as 2.).
