For people running gentoo (www.gentoo.org), the ebuild for this release is
now available from my site; to get the cvsnt ebuilds into your local
portage tree, do:

rsync -rztp --delete rsync://rsync.omz13.com/local-portage/dev-util/cvsnt \
/usr/local/portage/dev-util 

You can also browse the files using
http://www.omz13.local/local-portage/dev-util/cvsnt

Changes from ebuilds for earlier versions are:
- --without-config-dir is no longer done, so cvs init will
update /etc/cvsnt/PServer (instead of whinging).

- if USE="-server", then no files are written to /etc/cvsnt
