CVSNT server does exactly what you need. Simply make client connect to 
your server using the proper connection string.

Most people are able to setup a server and a client reading the manual, 
with a little help if they don't understand something.

If you are not able to set it up this way, I suggest you to buy CVSNT 
Suite and a support plan from March Hare, because IMHO this kind of 
volunteer support it's not the right choice for you.
