Why are you asking us these questions?  Each company will likely have 
different opinions, you should ask your own developers what they want.

Another question -- why are you asking about things that aren't part of 
CVSNT on the CVSNT list?  E.g. if you were looking for web based 
operation, CVSNT doesn't have it per-se, but there are a number of nice 
web-based viewers and nicely integrated UI tools that leave me wondering 
what it is you're really asking.
