Alternatively (or additionally) adding the .chm as a fourth format
option on http://www.cvsnt.org/manual/ might make sense as well and
would possibly also solve my current problem.

BTW: What would you suggest as the best route for reviewing the
documentation updates? Which sections did you update/add? Any pointers?
