[cvsnt] different access rights for users

I using CVSNT, i want that few of the users should
have only read access to the modules in the cvs
respository  few users full write access and some
users having read only when they checkout the module
but can change to write mode.I am  running domain
controller and authentication mechanism  is pserver
and sspi .

Also i want to use ssh on linux(FC3) please tell me
how to do that.

If you find any of the questions very simple that i am
sure many will find the reason is I am new to CVS.
