[cvsnt] CVSNT Bug Tracker is *still* down

I know nobody reacted when I first posted this, but I'll persevere:

http://www.cvsnt.org/mantis/ still gives an SQL error:

CVSNT bug tracking system

APPLICATION ERROR #400

Database connection failed. Error received from database was #2002: 
Can't connect to local MySQL server through socket 
'/var/run/mysqld/mysqld.sock' (2)

Please use the "Back" button in your web browser to return to the 
previous page. There you can correct whatever problems were identified 
in this error or select another action. You can also click an option 
from the menu bar to go directly to a new section.
