[cvsnt] trigger for add directory

loginfo is triggered by the action of adding a directory from WinCvs
at least. I suspect that commitinfo is also triggered, thta would be your
best bet since it is designed to check commits before they are done.

  I'm looking for the best practice for setting a trigger on 'cvs add
  <dirctory>'.

  I want to restrict this command to special naming conventions for
  directory names in different repository locations.

  Is there a simple solution?
