[cvsnt] Problem with pserver on Win2000

The flag was set for "check out read-only" before I committed the file. I
have tried and it still does not work.

This is a WinCvs issue...
You have to set the flag on the copmmit dialogue (Global options)to check
out readonly,
otherwise it remains in readwrite mode for further editing.

Whenever I commit a file in a repository hosted with a pserver on win2000,
the file versions are changed on my client (WinCVS 1.3.17.2), but the file
is editable (it should be read-only like the status when a checkout is
done). There are no sticky tags with the files that I commit. Please advice.
