[cvsnt] Trying out 2.0.62.1860

I noticed a new binary on the download page so I grabbed it and built
a setup and installed it.
Now I get this message when I try to commit:

cvs [commit aborted]: cvs [server aborted]: Error communicating with
lock server (recv): File exists

This did not happen with 1859...
Did I miss something with lockserver this time around?
