[cvsnt] How to enable security

Hi ,

I have configured CVSNT 2.0.58d on Linux (Fedora Core release 2 , 
2.6.5-1.358 kernel).
But I am not able to enable security .
What is the cvs option used to enable this? 
Please help me out in configuring the same.
