The message "actively refused" actually comes from the TCP/IP network
layer and means that there is no service running on the target machine
thta listend on port 2401. Tthis means CVSNT is not up and running, or
you have a firewall on that machine blocking access from outside.
Maybe you have installed XP service pack 2? It will put a firewall in
your computer.
