Changes in this release:

Added commit id to RCS keywords ($CommitId, or %C in CVSROOT/keywords).

Store the little used user variables in the version, so they're useful 
for keywords now , as in:

CVSROOT/keywords ->
ALL
   Eating Today I am mostly eating $FOOD

file.txt ->
$Eating$

$ cvs -sFOOD=Badgers commit -m "test" file.txt
...

file.txt ->
$Eating: Today I am mostly eating Badgers $
