Look in the trace message.
It points to a non-existing or write protected temp dir.
Change the CVSNT temp dir to point to a folder *outside* the system folders,
for example C:\CVSTEMP (which you have to create with full control for 
everybody).

Maybe it will work better then.

I encounter problem with commiting action.

I have just upgraded server from cvs version 2.0.1 to 2.5.0, and now it is
impossible to commit files.

I think it the reason why it does'nt work anymore...

What is the workaround ?
