[cvsnt] Error while commiting the file

On the first time use of a new installation of WINCVS, the user gets the
following error message when committing a file.
 
 
cvs commit -m Mac dd.txt (in directory D:\kiru\kiran\)
Checking in dd.txt;
/cvsreponew/kiran/dd.txt,v  <--  dd.txt
cvs server: C:\WINDOWS\Temp\cvs16.tmp: No such file or directory
cvs [server aborted]: error diffing dd.txt
 
***** CVS exited normally with code 1 *****
