If your domain users can login locally then it's probably just a matter
of creating /etc/pam.d/cvsnt with the right incantation in it (try
copying one of the others that works).
Unfortunately I haven't used redhat since RH9 so can't relly tell you
what might have changed. I know that later version lock down
/etc/pam.d/other, but that's as far as it goes.
