[cvsnt] Latest version (.msi) broken

Ok, I'll type in the error message by hand since the moderators seem to be 
afraid of a picture of the modal dialog box that pops up when you try to 
run cvsnt after installing the latest.

reinstalling RC2 at least gets me working again
