[cvsnt] CVSNT+CVSWEB

Hi,

I am really new to cvsnt, please help me

I have install CVSNT 2.0.58d on windows server 2003 with Active Directory, 
is it necessary to add a writers or readers file in the cvsroot of the 
repository???
