[cvsnt] newbie question regarding modules file

I just set up a CVSNT server on Windows 2000 using SSPI, and it seems to be
working, except when I import a module, it doesn't add it to the modules
file.  Is it supposed to, or am I supposed to manually add it to the modules
file?
