loginfo with "branch tags" (was RE: [cvsnt] CVSNT Broken! taginfo- Additional Info)

It contains the tag that CVS is using for that... normally that's from 
the CVS/Entries file.  I just pass it down, but I expect it's normally 
the branch tag (since you can't commit to a sticky tag... wouldn't 
normally be a revision number or date).
