I posted an InnoSetup installer for 2.5.1.1921 on my webpage now.
It contains the installation of a remote configuration service, which
is a spill-over from the 1914 experimental build. Please uncheck this
item on the installer if you just want the "normal" upgrade to
2.5.1.1921.
