Beyond the tool, IMHO the load is to mantain the database itself, which
means reviewing issue, verifying them, deleting useless entries and so on.
Otherwise the "noise" of careless submitters will easily hide the real
entries, making it useless.

Neverthless a public searchable list of confirmed bugs with their status
would be really appreciated, even if read-only.
