Why don't you publish the same information in both the release notes that
come with the installer and in the blog? I always resent it when programs
require you to install them to see the release notes -- often with
important information about what to look for before installing them :)

Especially information about issues that might cause upgrade problems
should be visible /before/ installing, IMO.
