[cvsnt] File name problems

You are probably using a rather old CVSNT, get the newest one and test.
Probably already solved since I saw this mentioned months ago.

I am facing a problem with a folder name it is currently named as "Forms & Template" the "&" is causing the "fileattr.xml" to get corrupted is there any work around it other than renaming the folder.
