[cvsnt] Still having -1 errors

Hello Tony, hello World,
I've just downloaded 2.5.03.2141, but I'm still having the "-1 unknown
errors" problems:
J:\Cm4>cvs version

As you can see, this works with an older version (2.5.01.2025)...
Any hints I missed?
