[cvsnt] Compatibility cvshome CVS and CVSNT

Hello World,

I have a question concerning the compatibility between cvshome CVS and
CVSNT.

I know I can take a CVS repository and CVSNT has no problem with running
with it. AFAIK it does not work vice versa.

What about the cvs commands? Are they just extended 'versions' of the
cvs commands from cvs, or have they changed?
