[cvsnt] Cannot checkin multiple files through Eclipse

I recently migrated a cvs repository to a CVSNT based host running on 
Linux (RHEL4).  Everything seemed to go well except that developers are 
complaining that they cannot commit multiple files at once through their 
development environment: Eclipse.  If they check in one file at a time, 
it works ok.  Has anyone run into this problem before?

In /etc/cvsnt/PServer I've tried both compatibility mode and default mode.

Compat0_OldVersion=0

This hasn't had any noticeable effect.
