[cvsnt] New Bugs - Upgrading from CVSNT 2.5.01 (Travis) Build 1976 to CVSNT 2.5.02 (Servalan) Build 2115

I just upgraded our CVS server from CVSNT 2.5.01 (Travis) Build 1976 to
CVSNT 2.5.02 (Servalan) Build 2115 and am seeing the following issues:

1  	cvs commit no longer displays notepad.exe when -m option is
omitted.
1.1		The error message I get is:  "Log message unchanged or
not specified"
1.2		I have no EDITOR environment variable set.
1.3		If I do set the EDITOR environment variable, cvs just
hangs when it should be starting the process specified by the variable.

2	Some people are seeing Unknown Error -1 messages when running
various cvs commands.
2.1		We are using SSPI with authentication against a domain.
2.2		After getting the error, the user is locked out of the
domain.

Any ideas on what might be happening?

Environment:
	Server - Windows 2003 all service packs as of 10/14/05
	Client - Windows XP SP2 all service packs as of 10/14/05
