In /etc/cvsnt/PServer put:
Locale=en_US.ISO8859-1
Personally I prefer en_US.UTF-8 but if you're not running obscure
character sets (like I do) then ISO8859-1 is fine (ISO8859-15 is better
if you're storing things with euro symbols).
