[cvsnt] Non-watched/Read-only Sandbox Files

Geesh, that's really weird (btw this happens with update as well for these
files)! Is there anything else I enable/engage to help diagnose why this is
happening?

Ya, we don't use other frontends; we always use CVSNT's cvs.exe directly.
