[cvsnt] Keyword substitution

Hi,
I have disabled all the keywords in "keywords" file and added there some new
ones. Are the self-defined keywords handled in a different way as the default
ones. If I use viewCVS for checking the differences it looks like the keyword
substitution is not working with the self defined keywords, well the files are
ok in my workstation, but using viewCVS is confusing.
