[cvsnt] List out all tag names on a branch

Have few quries:

 

1) Can we list out all the tag names available on a branch?

2) How to know list  files checked in between two dates?

3) I have sspi authentication (passwd file) for cvs client. I am successful in creating main trunk readonly by returning 1 from commitinfo file. 

Can anyone tell me how can I achieve the same for a particular branch?

 

I have CVSNT 2.5 1796 build.
