It seems the script file name that gets called for SQLite is wrong. I'm
getting a "Script not found error". According to FileMon it is trying
to call create_tables_sqlitepgsql.sql while the actual file appears to

I tried renaming the script accordingly but then I only get the same
error I get when I try to "Test Connection":

  Connection failed:
  Open failed: library routine called out of sequence

As far as I understood the comments here, SQLite should work right out
of the box, doesn't it? I filled in both Name and Prefix (is the latter
required?). What additional setup steps are required? Do I need to
register any DLLs (I only used my own Inno installer so I might have
missed that in the Wix)?
