[cvsnt] HEAD not always pointing to latest version

2.5.58d doesn't commit the transaction until the entire server cleanup 
is done, whereas later versions do it immediately after the commit is 
finished..  most people wouldn't notice though - there's only a couple 
of seconds difference.
