[cvsnt] Client Machine WinCVS + CVSNT

This is completely unsupported since it was about 4-5 years 
since the last version 1.2 was released.
A lot has happened since then and noone is really interested 
to help people who are using this achane and buggy version.

Please go and get the latest version instead and also read
the tutorials on how to set it up. They are linked to from
the www.wincvs.org site, for example:
