Depends on what you need. For a single user CVS Suite is fine. If
you're rolling out to a large company I recommend a professional support
contract as it'll save you a lot more money than it costs simply in
configuration/training costs.
CVS Suite contains the eBook, Workspace Manager, Release Manager,
Bugzilla and Build integration, WinCVS, Winmerge and an enhanced
TortoiseCVS in a single package, but with only installation support and
limited platform support, for £85+VAT per user.
Professional support contains all of the above plus Priority bugfix and
feature request support, telephone support, expanded platform support,
software upgrades plus optional training and onsite installation and
configuration. This starts at £2000+VAT per site.
