[cvsnt] cvs import: Translation from client codepage 'CP932' to server codepage 'UTF-8' lost characters !

Hi,all
My cvsnt server is host on a linux server,whose default codepage is 
'ja_JP.eucJP' for user beffery (for root ,it is "POSIX").
When I import a moudle from the Japanese Windows system , I get these 
errors:

The imported module name  is a  gash on the server repository.Checkout not 
work.
There was someone once told me that cvsnt (cvs pro) can handle windows SJIS 
name properly.But here , it seems I encountered the same problem as cvs 
does.
