Yes you have:
CVS 1.11.17 is *not* CVSNT and thus is not a topic of this list at
all. This list is about *CVSNT*. You are better off asking at the
cvshome site.
Or you might want to switch your CVS system to CVSNT, in which case
you are welcome back with your CVSNT specific questions. :-)
