[cvsnt] History Logging is not enabled on this repository

Hi,
   
  I have created a CVSROOT/history file for History Enabling as Tony guide. But still i am getting the same error when i give history command
   
  "history logging is not enabled on this repository"
   
  Please help me resolve the problem
