[cvsnt] MSI installer error for custom install

Ow crap. I use WinCVS so now I've got to tell it that cvsnt has moved from
its usual place.

Ow double crap... HKLM/Software/CVS/PServer/InstallPath now include multiple
locations... please consider putting the location of the common files in a
separate key.
