CVSNT 2.5.04 (Zen) Build 2428

* Added (limited) proxy support
* postcommand can get the return code of the command (%x).

The proxy support is very basic at the moment.  You can either define a 
root as full proxy (no local data stored, everything passed to the 
remote server), or write proxy (read only repository stored locally, 
write requests sent to the remote server).  Maintenence of the read only 
copy is an external task as done previously.

The proxy connection is SSL and passphrase encrypted.

It's only the first iteration (basically what I could come up with in a 
week, so it doesn't do anything clever) but is the basis for the future 
(full synchronisation, branch synchronisation, etc.).
