[cvsnt] -kB option problematic?

I'm not familiar with the dbk file format, and I don't have write access
(not that I know of, at least). So if I could overcome these hurdles... :)

If the HTML online manual is a result of that dbk file, I wouldn't change
the structure, only add a paragraph to a section with several other
paragraphs.
