[cvsnt] How to get commit email notification

Hi all,
I create CVSROOT/users file and
i write following script in loginfo file
Default ACM /usr/bin/mail -r $USER -s "CVS: %{} updated" user at yahoo.com 
For commit email notificaton.The script does'nt fails,
but email is not received.
ACM is the project in the repository.
