[cvsnt] Simulate Update

When I do a Special Update and try to do a Simulate Update, I receive
the following error

 

cvs.exe [update aborted]: cannot write <CVS/Template file>: No such file
or directory

 

Any ideas why? This is with cvsnt 2.5.03
