[cvsnt] CVSNT error "Connection reset by peer"

Hi,
We are encountering an issue in using CVSNT 2.50 scorpio (we have
migrated from CVS)

While traversing through the logs, we are repeatedly encountering the
following string:

"cvs [login aborted]: recv() from server cvsserver: Connection reset by
peer"

We are also noticing a freeze on the Server (New clients cannot connect)
and the server shows excessive load (Uptime output reveals loads of
~=30)

Rebooting resolves this though.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
