I think it would be good to have the intermediate behaviour back for
cvs export where tyhe -d parameter could have the form
dir/subdir/subdir2 and CVSNT would then create the needed intermediate
directories like it did between 2.0.4 and 2.0.41
Anyway I had to modify all of our 50+ batch scripts by adding mkdir
and cd commands to ensure the same export structure as before. We
badly needed the setup build scripts working so I had no choice, but
the scripts got really ugly and big with this stuff added. Much neater
before....
