[cvsnt] why can I not checkout tag CVSNT_2_5_01_1976?

Hi,

I'm trying to compile CVSNT 2.5.01.1976 on cygwin (if possible I do not 
wish to install visual studio), and yesterday I still could check out it 
using anonymous CVS access, but today I cannot. Any idea what may cause 
this error? Perhaps it is just some temporary problem. I still tried 
CVSNT_2_5_01_1927 and it also failed, but CVSNT_2_5_03_2151 did work.

It always stop after cvsnt/protocols/common.h.

PS. I tried it with both CVSNT 2.5.01.1976 and CVSNT 2.5.03.2151 clients
