I do have the group sticky bit set, but new directories get created
with other having full rwx permissions.  I would like for other to
only have r-x permissions.  Do I have to set the other sticky
bit?...is there such a thing?

This may not really matter, since I am now trying to implement acl's
for permissions control (as you may have seen by my previous post).
