[cvsnt] Gentoo ebuild for 2.5.03.2214

For those of you who use Gentoo, I have updated my ebuild so you can emerge
2.5.03.2214.

To get the ebuild and related files into your local portage, do

rsync -rztp --delete
rsync://rsync.omz13.com/local-portage/dev-util/cvsnt /usr/local/portage/dev-util 

The ebuild may not be able to build the documentation, so if the ebuild
fails when USE="doc", try again with USE="-doc".
