[cvsnt] Exactly which CVSNT files are needed for a client only???

Whoops, wrote too fast and then had to run for my bus home...
It is indeed a two step definition. The [File], [Registry] and similar
entries do not have Types arguments, only the [Components] entries do.
So yes, you have to check which components either belong to the
"clientonly" type or are valid for all types.
It's been quite a while since I looked at this as I only intended to do
installers for the releases that are announced here on the list, so
sorry for the confusion...
